Villa De Palmas is located in central Merritt Island Florida, near shopping, restaurants and government buildings, conveniently located off of SR 3, just south of 528, nestled between State Road 3, Sykes Creek and the Ulumay Wildlife Sanctuary. The community was originally developed in the mid 1960's during the birth of the Kennedy Space Center and American space travel. The subdivision is comprised of 292 single family homes that average 2000 sq ft, with more than 50% on "deep water" waterfront lots. It is the northern most single family home community on Sykes Creek, and the closest to the Barge Canal and Port Canaveral.
